Overview/History/Current Status in Coil
Valaria was initially only remarkable for surviving the transport crash that killed her parents.  Rescued by Darth Malefia the Sith recognized Valaria as a Force sensitive and took her in, beginning her training.  As such Valaria was never formally trained at Korriban.  Malefia adopted the young woman, even going so far as to have Valaria surgically altered to resemble her estranged daughter.  Despite being trained unconventionally Valaria passed her trials to become Sith and sometime later, her trials to become a Lord.  

Valaria has something of a reputation for being soft in some circles.  She's known for being friendly and even kind to those she meets.  Especially rank and file members of the military and imperial citizenry.  She's also been known to go out of her way to protect the lives of Imperial citizens and is on record expressing a belief that as the Empire's rulers Sith have a duty to protect those that serve them.  All of this has lead to some seeking to capitalize on her perceived weakness.  Much to their chagrin they have found that she is far less gentle with those who cross her.

Personality
Valaria is friendly if often reserved.  She tends to think her actions through before she acts.  Her emotions and passions run strong but she does her best to avoid being ruled by such.  That said she's something of a hedonist if she's feeling comfortable.  She's kind and gentle to friends, and generally hard and ruthless to enemies.  The exception being flunkies and lackies.  She'd much rather cause such to flee or turn them to her side rather than killing.

Appearance
Valaria seems to take good care of her appearance, always looking like she's taken time to look good before going out.  She tends to be quiet and somewhat reserved in social situations but does not appear to be shy.  She does however tend to blush fairly easily when certain topics come up.

Relationships/Interdependencies
Lady Lilith'yia - Valaria finds the older Sith to be intriguing.  She is fascinated by Lilith'yia though she would be hard pressed to say why thus far.  She is respectful but at some level cautious of the Rattataki.
Pelagie - She finds the young Sith interesting.  The girl has gifts that could potentially be quite useful, and that could also be dangerous if turned on her in the right manner. Pel also is not like other Sith and that gives Valaria hope she might be turned to her cause with guidance.
Zirellax - Valaria thinks the Coil's newest student has much to learn and is happy to help with that.  She isn't sure yet though what the somewhat reserved woman believes.
Aurore - Valaria's second apprentice.  The young woman is quite the prodigy even if she is lacking in field skills.  Her skill at alchemy more than makes up for any other deficiencies.   She is considering enrolling her in the Coil but is unsure if she might perhaps be a bit too anti-social for such a group.
Lanee - A Zeltron bounty hunter in Valaria's employ who seems to hold a good deal of loyalty to the Sith.
Darth Malefia - Valaria is totally and utterly loyal to her adopted mother.  She does what she does to make the older woman proud and to further her desires.

Miscellaneous:
Unbeknownst to most, Valaria is ill.  The sickness is slowly killing her, though kept at bay with various treatments both scientific and Force related.  The leaves her in excruciating pain most of the time, pain kept at bay and ignored through training in the Force.
